Inn Policies

A 50% deposit is due upon reservation. Your deposit guarantees that your room will be held for you and is applied to the final day of your visit. If you cancel 21 days or more in advance of your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a handling/cancellation fee of $25. If you cancel with less than 21 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
All rates are per room and are based on double occupancy; $20 for each additional occupant.
Check in time is at 4 p.m. Early check-in is available for $20.
Check out time is at 11 a.m. Late check-out is available for $20
Estimated arrival time is required with reservation.
Check in after 9 p.m. is an additional $20.
Rates do not include tax (9% rooms & meals).
By Vermont state law, no alcohol can be brought onto the premises but must be purchased and consumed on site.
