Peter
Jefferson
Peter’s
Food and Beverage career spans 30 years of working for 5
star hotel companies like the Four Seasons, Le Meridian,
and Loews Hyatt Regency. His years of working in kitchens,
dining rooms, banquet halls and bars has taught him to be
detailed oriented and anticipate guest needs in a relaxed
unobtrusive dining setting while maintaining consistent quality
of goods and services.
For the
last eight years, Peter has been in San Diego concentrating
on the beverage side of fine dining, as Beverage Manager
for a Le Meridian, a Marriott, and spending time bartending
for a Lowe’s hotel in Coronado, CA.
While living in
the mid-west, Seattle, Portland OR, and San Diego he
developed
a love of watercolor painting and has shown
his work and taught classes. He is also proud to claim that
he is a Martin Guitar owner and has been strumming for 35
years.
He is thrilled
to be here in the Okemo Valley area, and is looking forward
to becoming friends with local shop owners and organizations;
and learning about regional art, craft and food festivals. |
