From the West (NY, NJ or Western, MA):
Take I-87 North to New York Exit 23, then follow I-787 North to Troy, NY to Exit 9E toward Troy NY and Bennington, VT. Follow NY Route 7 East to NY Route 279 (the bypass) to VT Route 7 North to Exit 4. Take VT Route 11 East to Londonderry, VT, to VT Route 100 North approximately 15 miles to Ludlow. In Ludlow, take right on Route 103. Go approximately 3 miles. Take a left onto Route 131 East. Follow for approximately 1 mile. Cavendish Inn is the Glimmer Stone building on the left. Look for the sign next to the driveway.

From Route 7:
Take VT Route 7 South to North Clarendon, VT. Take left onto VT Route 103 South. Follow 103 South for 21 miles. Take a left onto Route 131 East. Follow for approximately 1 mile. Cavendish Inn is the Glimmer Stone building on the left. Look for the sign next to the driveway.

From Points North:
Take I-91 South to Vermont Exit 8. Take a right at the end of the exit to Route 131 West. Follow for 15 miles. Cavendish Inn is the Glimmer Stone building on the right about a half mile after the Cavendish Village center. Look for the sign next to the driveway.

From points South:
Take I-91 North to Vermont Exit 6. Take a left at the end of the exit to Route 103 North. Follow for 20 miles. Take a right onto Route 131 East. Follow for approximately 1 mile. Cavendish Inn is the Glimmer Stone building on the left. Look for the sign next to the driveway.

From points East:
Take I-89 to New Hampshire Exit 9, then NH 103 West through Newport and Claremont. Go over the Connecticut River where it becomes VT 131 West. Proceed 15 miles to the Cavendish Village center. Cavendish Inn is the Glimmer Stone building on the right about a half mile after the Cavendish Village center. Look for the sign next to the driveway.
