Tim Jefferson
is the Executive Chef at the Cavendish Inn and combines local
specialties with California and French influence
cuisine.
He provides a unique dining experience that is a
fresh
twist on locally grown organic produce and free-range poultry
and meats.
Some
of Tim's favorites are rack of lamb with rosemary, game
hen with apricot macadamia nut stuffing, and traditional beef
tenderloin with creamed horseradish. The care and effort placed
into each dinner is ensured by offering limited items
on our menu.
